Lori Gallegos is Senior Manager - Reverse Logistics and Inventory Control for Avaya, a communications solutions company. She came to Avaya in 2003 as Sr. Manager – Reverse Logistics and led the re-engineering of all reverse logistics processes, eliminating $1 million in processing expense and reducing the total return/repair cycle time from 84 days to 18 days.Since 2004, Lori has managed distribution, returns, inventory control, forward stocking and transportation for the United States.
Prior to Avaya, Lori spent 16 years at Qwest (formerly US West), managing various supply chain operations that included forecasting, planning, distribution, returns/repair and transportation.
Lori earned a BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Colorado.
