Ms. Kleinschmit has 10 years Consumer and Packaged Foods Company experience within ConAgra Foods. Her leadership roles encompass the management of teams focused on functions within Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, Cash Application, Deduction Management, Business Improvement and Reverse Logistics.

Ms. Kleinschmit is presently the Reverse Logistics Director at ConAgra Foods where she and her team managers were recipients of the LEAP award for leadership excellence in fiscal year 2006 to 2007. Reverse Logistics responsibilities include disposition management, returns load planning and scheduling, OSD deduction reconciliation, special situations execution, freight claims filing and collection, and the score carding of distribution penalties.

Lori holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
