Marc Flood has over 14 years of IT experience with Fortune 100 and mid-size enterprises. Most recently, Marc was a Manager with KPMG, a leading Global Consulting company, in their Financial Process Outsourcing practice. At KPMG, Marc worked with Fortune 100 organizations in designing and implementing financial process outsourcing solutions. Prior to joining KPMG, Marc was a Manager in the Management Services and Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche. At Deloitte & Touche, Marc was focused on providing IT Consulting services to the midsize enterprise. The Services practice offers clients innovative, cost-effective IT technology solutions including technical support, systems integration and product logistics. Marc has spoken on behalf of Bell Industries at numerous conferences including the Gartner Group Midsize Enterprise Conference, Interactive Intelligence Partner Conferences and has been featured in the August 2001 Call Center Magazine in customer support best practices.

Marc graduated with Honors from Butler University with a B.S. in Accounting.
