Mark started his career as a manufacturer’s agent representing several specialty biochemical companies engaged in cancer research and medical diagnostics. He called on many of the leading New England and New York institutions engaged in research such as, Harvard Medical, M.I.T., Yale Medical, Dana Farber Cancer Center, Roswell Park, and others. Mark later went on to spend the majority of his career in the consumer electronics industry, working for such companies as Toshiba, Sony, and several regional retailers. His experience encompasses the fields of product marketing management, training & employee development, and key account sales. His background has enabled Mark to build strong communication links with overseas management, domestic design, engineering & manufacturing, and channel partners (retail and distributor) that created mutually profitable customer and business relationships. He has collaboratively worked with some of country's largest retailers& distributors, such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Sam's, Target, Costco, Lowe’s, May Company (Federated), D&H, and many others to help them grow their consumer telecommunications, television, video, and audio businesses. His diverse background of Marketing, Sales, and Training has helped him succeed in the competitive consumer electronics industry. Mark started with ZSL, Inc. to utilize his experience within consumer electronics to help develop the company’s information technology practice within the industry.
Mark and his wife reside in north/central New Jersey. After more than 20 years in the consumer electronics profession he still considers it a hobby as well.
