Mark is responsible for all aspects of after sales activity management for Sharp mobile devices in EMEA. Mark joined Sharp Telecommunications of Europe in July 2002 and established the strategy and resource required to support the launch of the first mobile camera phones to Vodafone in Europe. Mark has since managed the implementation of after sales service throughout 22 countries within EMEA.

Mark has held previous after sales management positions at Panasonic Mobile and Telular Corporation.
