
In Tipton's six years at New Age, he has brought financial, technical and legal expertise, helping to create an extremely precise business model. As CFO, he has been responsible for twice securing a $100 million credit facility enabling New Age to maintain its 40% annualized growth, implement cost cutting plans resulting in a 15% reduction in operating costs and providing influence and guidance over the company’s ever-increasing revenue pool. As Director of Remanufacturing, Tipton has helped make the remanufacturing business a huge success as New Age leads the market in reselling "A" product that otherwise would be destined for the scrap heap.
Prior to his position at New Age, Tipton was CFO and part owner of Drake Capital Securities, a full service broker/dealer specializing in investment banking, equities and fixed income transactions and asset management. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Accounting.
