Mark Zetter is president of Venture Outsource Group (San Jose). Before founding Venture Outsource Group, Mark was a senior executive in a turnaround situation with a global electronics contract manufacturer. Prior to this, Mark was with Flextronics, the world's leading full-service contract manufacturer where part of his responsibilities included innovative process/procedure development and execution with his divisional PCBA operations serving multiple OEM customers and; full-decision authority over a $100 million electronic assembly division with direct fulfillment and global distribution using metric-based business management tools. Mark's roles at Flextronics and his thorough understanding of the contract development and negotiation phases combined with his senior executive-level responsibility with P&L; balance sheet, and cash flow statements with competing global contract manufacturers have each played a part in establishing Mark as a change-agent respected in industry.

Mark Zetter is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to his other responsibilities with the firm, Mark is actively involved in Venture Outsource Group's highly sought after customized industry and market research services. He also delivers on-site professional development seminars and speaks at national and international conferences and events.
