Matt Bruner is Reverse Logistics Manager for Cricket Communications, where he oversees all reverse operations and initiatives for Cricket stores and third party repair and refurbishment. Cricket provides unlimited wireless phone service at a single price and no required contract, making customer service and reverse logistics key operating challenges.

Prior to Cricket Communications, Matt was Manager, Distribution Operations at Home Depot Supply. He was instrumental in the rapid expansion of the direct distribution network, as well as development and implementation of numerous process and systems improvement projects. A newcomer to the reverse side of distribution and logistics, Matt has newfound respect for the unique challenges it presents. Matt holds a B.S. degree in Resource Science and an MBA.
