Matt Snyder is responsible for the global supply chain and network strategies for Dell’s reverse logistics. This includes product returns, refurbishment, and asset recovery. He has over 15 years of supply chain experience, covering logistics, planning, strategy, operations, and materials management. With particular expertise in lean enterprise transformations, Matt has led organizations through both out-sourcing and in-sourcing decisions, as well as significant lean 6 sigma process improvements. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Matt, his wife, and their two children live in Nashville, TN, where they are active in the community, including Matt’s participation on the board of S.T.A.R.S. (Students Taking a Rightful Stand).
