RL Quote also provides high-level expertise and information on new technologies in Reverse Logistics Services.

Melvin has a strong Quality background that includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor In Quality Assurance; and CQM, CQT, CMI, quality certification from the American Society For Quality. He has implemented and registration ISO 9001:2000 for corporate offices and several remote facilities. Through ISO 9001 implementation, process improvements, and cost savings programs, he has helped companies improve profit margins and increases revenue
