Mike is located at Corporate Headquarters in Lexington, Ky., the heart of the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.

He has been with IBM, and Lexmark, for over 26 years. He held various management positions ranging from automation engineering, to purchasing, and for the past 5 years in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at Lexmark focuses on returns, warranty claims, and technical support issues. "Our job is to understand the customer’s concerns and implement action plans to address them".

Mike has been a member of the Ease-of-Use PC Quality Roundtable for almost 5 years. He is a member of the return reduction subcommittee.
