Mr. Livatino has over 20 years asset management experience within large organizations and currently serves as LSI's Senior Director, managing the Capital Assets Group. Mr. Livatino currently develops client specific, asset management business plans. In this role he reviews each client's unique objectives and core competencies in order to develop a customized solution that creates an effective and transparent surplus asset sales process that improves revenue. In most instances, this solution is inclusive of seamless integration with the client's existing logistics capabilities delivering additional operational flexibility, savings and convenience.
Mr. Livatino is the client development officer and program manager both commercial and government clients. He works with Fortune 500 retailers, manufacturers, financial institutions and government agencies including the Government of the District of Columbia (recipient of the NASPO 2007 Silver Cronin Award for nationwide procurement excellence), the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency, READ Program, the State of Georgia, the US Department of Education, as well as several major government contractors.
Prior to joining LSI, Mr. Livatino served as President of Asset Control LLC a worldwide asset management company, a subsidiary of Textron Financial Corp, and as Senior Vice President of Foothill Capital a division of Wells Fargo Bank. He is an active member of the National Association of Property Managers and the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
