J. Michael Smith is vice president of Retail Business Solutions for Newgistics, Inc. With more than 22 years of experience in multi-channel retail merchandising and operations, Smith has worked with some of the world’s leading retailers, including The Limited Stores and Zales Corporation. He most recently served as DVP of Operations at The Spiegal Group. Smith is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and holds 2 bachelors degrees as a double major from American University in Washington DC.

Mike has been a member of the Ease-of-Use PC Quality Roundtable for almost 5 years. He is a member of the return reduction subcommittee.
