

I am working for Plantronics for more then 12 years now. I have mainly worked in the Customer Service arena. Dealing with all aspects of service, order entry etc. 5 years ago I started a new department in Plantronics that was looking at process management and process improvement. In this period I was responsible for the yearly compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 9001 for Operations. In January 2008 the corporation decided to start a Reverse Logistics department and I have been asked to start this up from the ground. Currently I am responsible for all return flows within Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa. At the same time I am involved in the global implementation of reverse logistics for Plantronics.
I have a degree in general management and process management.
