Mike Lesshafft has been with IBM, then Lexmark, for almost 28 years. He held various management positions ranging from Automation Engineering, to Purchasing, and now in Customer Satisfaction for the last 7 years. This job focuses on returns, warranty claims, and technical support issues. Our job is to understand the customer's concerns and implement action plans to address them.

Mike is a member of the Ease-of-Use PC Quality Roundtable for almost 7 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Kentucky.
