During his role as Operations Manager of the Product Placement Group in Apple's Worldwide Product Marketing Division, Michael effectively eliminated RL problems transcending their logistics and supply chain positions. This success has seen vastly improved internal customer loyalty and extended product life-cycles, and an increased interest in RL principles across the company.

Currently he has taken on the role of Disaster Recovery, and Systems and Network Engineer for the HR Technology Group, and is a member of the ERT, EOC and Business Continuity Planning team at Apple, Inc.

Noted for his direct approach and leadership-by-example style, Michael employs simple but creative solutions to complicated and difficult scenarios. His industry experience includes Apple, Coca-Cola, Department of Defense, Lawrence Livermore Labs, NASA Ames Research Center, and several foreign Military and Government institutions.

Michael is also an accomplished Arabic Linguist and Warrant Officer serving the California State Military Reserve.
