Mike Reasoner is currently the Director of Process Development at Alltel. Since joining Alltel in 1992, he oversaw and managed the first Alltel CDMA network pilot tests while in Network Planning organization. He was a team member for reorganizing entire Supply Chain operations to create more focused logistical excellence. He was the VP General Manager of two different acquired market operations and converted them to Alltel processes. He conceived, developed and implemented the reverse logistics processes for phone repair in use today. He managed the EcoSmart phone recovery process to create environmentally safe disposition of old wireless phones and accessories

Prior to joining Alltel, Mike worked at GTE Mobilnet where he built the first cellular networks in 7 of top 30 MSAs while in Engineering; and created just-in-time cell site delivery process for cell site and tower construction while in Supply Chain Management.
