Olaf Kwakman has been working in the postal industry since May 1999. He started with Spring Global Mail in the Netherlands in May 2003 and moved with the company to Singapore in June 2005.

In his role as Global Development Manager, Olaf looks after Spring's relationship with two of its joint venture partners – Royal Mail in the UK and TNT Post in the Netherlands. Being based in Singapore he is in the perfect position to present Spring's capabilities in reverse mail logistics.
