Patty is a 26 year veteran of the transportation industry, with extensive experience in the areas of Logistics, Ecommerce and Sales Management. From 1981 until 1991, Patty held numerous Sales positions within FedEx. In 1985, she was one of the original Sales Facilitators when FedEx began their on in-house Sales training program where she was responsible for designing and delivering the curriculum for a Distribution Problem Solving course.

From 1991 until present, Patty has worked in various Sales management capacities within FedEx (with both commercial and government accounts) where she and her teams were responsible for selling and implementing supply chain initiatives, internet integrations to support Ecommerce initiatives, fulfillment, and reverse and forward logistics applications. In 2000 she was selected Manager of Emerging Products, a newly developed team, dedicated to the sale and expansion of the Returns Solutions offered by FedEx.

Patty is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She is married and has one daughter, a softmore who also attends Patty’s alma mater, University of Memphis. In her spare time, she enjoys watching college sports, playing golf and is a Hospice volunteer.
