
Prior to that, Paul oversaw the growth of the service parts logistics business. He also played an instrumental role in the development of new offerings, including SmartCourier, facilities management and strategic stocking transit analysis. In 1996, he was received the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) “Management Creativity Award” for developing a system using couriers to perform technical repairs faster and more efficiently than field engineers.
Previously, Paul served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for the logistics group and has held various management responsibilities for marketing, public relations, sales management and business development. Early in his career he served as national account manager and Field Support Bank (FSB) regional manager for UPS SonicAir. He also led the design team for the sales re-engineering program and represented the sales team in the development of the ISO 9001 program.
Paul is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in business administration.
