Paul Wagenaar(CCO), 1946, Dutch. Responsible for building the
company through organic growth as well as Mergers and Acquisitions.
Electronic engineer by profession (computer technology), commenced
the major part of his career with Philips Electronics. He started
in the Computer division in the service engineering group were he
held several senior engineering positions. He then moved to the Marketing
and Sales Export department of the Scientific and Industrial division
and was business development manager for several years in the USSR
and China to set-up the divisional business. He was Regional Manager
for several continents outside Europe. The last decade he worked
for the Consumer Electronics division to help building the very successful
Display business lately as Vice-President and General Manager for
the European PC Peripherals activity. Since late 1999 with Teleplan
International N.V., initially as MD for the display division and
EMEA region and since January 2001 as CCO.
