Paulo joined Motorola 13 years ago, starting his carrier in the consumer electronics industry in Jaguariuna city, State of São Paulo, Brazil. Paulo has a considerable background in the following areas: Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain and Post-Sales Support.

Paulo took several different roles at Motorola as Shipping Supervisor, Logistics Manager, International Trade Manager and Post Sales Sr. Manager. Along this period, Paulo developed and delivered a domestic distribution management, exportation process from Brazil to Americas, Europe and Asia and reversal logistics chain for mobile returns.  

He also worked in the past years on the repair strategy including systems to support service centers, parts distribution and reduction of No Trouble Found.

He holds a bachelor in Business Administration by PUC Campinas and a MBA in International Trade Business by FGV.
