Randy Whitehead received a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Utah . He began his career in the banking industry where he developed and marketed innovative software for the financial services industry. Randy applied his experience to reverse logistic solutions in the consumer electronics industry as the CEO of a third party service provider for 18 years. During that time Randy was very prominent in the Service Industry, serving as president and on the boards of many national service and retail trade associations. He was the driving force behind the creation of the Certified Service Center program, which promotes professionalism and integrity in the industry. Randy created the National Service Alliance, enabling service providers and partners to achieve unparalleled quality of service. Randy and ZSL have combined efforts to develop a standardized platform that dramatically improves efficiencies and integration for all stakeholders in the supply chain.
