Richard Perry has over 11 years of logistical experience. In 1996, he directed a program testing full-service mailing centers in retail, growing the program to over 200 locations in 6 western United States. In 2000, he went to work as a National Affiliate Manger / Director for a project funded by Neopost SA. He went on to become a consultant to the logistical industry. He came to work with Endicia after spending some time with DHL GlobalMail. With this experience he is able to share information on technology that is available today to allow shippers, software developers, corporations and web sites to easily integrate USPS into their workflow.
