Richard currently serves as manager of liquidation within Circuit City's reverse logistics department. Richard has been with Circuit City for one year, serving first as assistant category manager, sales and marketing, for Trading Circuit prior to assuming his current role. Prior to joining Circuit City, Richard was the General Manager for Pointers Fuel Company, a mid sized petroleum distributor. He served in that role from 2001 to 2006.

Richard has a dual BA in Business Administration and Computer Science from Williams Woods University. Richard is very active in the community, serving on the board of directors as Treasurer for the Mechanicsville Rotary Society and is a founding member and board member of the Eastern Henrico Business Association.
