At the same time the Operator expectations on service level requirements are increasingly challenging. We want to create with value-add services a win-to-win situation for both Customer and Nokia: total cost reduction on Customer side but still profitable business. Therefore we are creating together with our Customers needed Services and changing the view from service execution towards service management In order to fulfill the increased demand for extended services we are implementing worldwide an integrated ERP system, utilizing and developing advanced planning methods, consolidating the number of LSP partners to 2 global partners, and focusing on strategic partnerships.
