Rod Berryhill is the Director. Service Operations (Global Supply Chain) – Customer Services for Juniper Networks, and has over 25 years of expertise and experience in the high tech industry focusing on all forms of Third Party Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Currently Rod has overall responsibility within Customer Services for the global logistics warehouse and depot infrastructure, delivery, inventory management, planning, asset recovery, and reverse logistics for Juniper Networks with direct responsibility for supply chain, logistics management, and transportation execution.

Prior to joining Juniper Networks (3 ½ yrs) his career included management positions at Amdahl Corporation (20 years), and Cisco Systems (9 years), where he had a track record of helping to design, implement, and execute strategy to build world class logistics supply chain, depot, delivery, and recovery operations.

Rod’s background includes management in Call Center operations, first level Technical Support, Warehousing, Distribution, Third Party Logistics, Depot Operations, Inventory Management, Asset Recovery, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, and Logistics Planning.
