Rodney Kinchington has international Telecommunications experience being with Alcatel for 11 years. He has worked in over 40 countries in roles including systems engineering and Project Management. Currently as Director of Service Operations for the Asia Pacific region, he is responsible for the development and regional rollout of services strategy across the business cycle. This includes ensuring the operational processes for providing services to his customers are established inline with industry best practices. The functions involved are managing reverse logistics, spares and repairs service management, tools for technical support and regional call centers.
With a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of New South Wales, Rodney also is a Chartered Engineer with IEE, Project Management Certified with PMI and studied business management at Manchester Business School, UK.
