Roy has over a decade of training and consulting experience in product management, field service delivery and service logistics. He is a well-known conference presenter, course developer and facilitator/trainer. He expertise in engineering, manufacturing, field engineering, service training, service documentation, quality control/assurance, field service operations, new product launch, repair center operations, marketing and sales support, direct customer operations and consulting.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Science and Industrial Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
