Russ Hiles has over 20 years of wireless management experience in the areas of Operations, Indirect Sales and Service, Care and Reverse Logistics. He is responsible for Repair and Reverse Logistics Operations for Sprint. His team manages all warranty and out-of-warranty repairs/refurbishment, parts reclamation, and is the management and maintenance of agreements and other value-added services.

Russ has previously worked for Nextel, AT&T Broadband and AirTouch Communications.
