

As a CRM practice leader, Mr. Langford has had the opportunity to speak to several professional organizations and conferences including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Direct Marketing to Business (DMB), the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Technology for Call Center Solutions Conference and is a frequent speaker at the Harte-Hanks’ Customer Forum.
Prior to joining Harte-Hanks, Mr Langford was a Research Analyst for Houston-based market research and public opinion polling company.
Mr. Langford received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University, in San Marcos Texas.
