M. Scott Dineen is the General Manager of Desert Meats and Provisions, a Sysco Company. Desert Meats is one of the largest distributors and processors of protein in the state of Nevada. Prior to working for Desert Meats, Scott was the Vice President of Operations for Sysco Newport Meat Company, the largest Prime and Certified Angus Beef distributor and processor in the US. Prior to Newport Meat Company, Scott was the Director of Trade Finance at ConAgra Foods. Scott has also worked at the following companies in Finance, Marketing, and Operations: Toshiba America Information Systems; Bergen Amerisource; Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, and Avery Dennison. Scott graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a BS in International Marketing.
