Stephane Horn is responsible for leading the Notebook Service Delivery team within Hewlett-Packard's Global Part Supply Chain organization in Europe. In his role, Horn manages an outsourced service model delivering spare parts supply and whole unit repair services for the laptop & monitor business. Prior to taking on this role Horn was responsible for leading Sales Operation for the Hewlett Packard ProCurve Networking Business in Europe. Horn joined HP in 1996 and has more than 12 years of experience in the service & support industry. Horn holds a Computer Engineering degree and a Management degree.
