Steve Teel, President, ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc.

As president of ServiceCentral Technologies, a service management software company specializing in product returns, repairs and warranty tracking, Steve Teel is leveraging his 25 years of business development and operations management experience in the telecom and high tech industries to expand ServiceCentral into new markets. With the company well established in the Wireless industry, Steve is spearheading ServiceCentral's emergence to other business verticals with the recent expansion of the company's software suite to support any device and service management workflow requirement.

Prior to joining ServiceCentral Steve was founder and president of SourceWireless.com, an Internet marketplace for the wireless industry. Previously he was president of EPS Wireless, Inc., expanding the company into a leading national repair logistics organization for the wireless industry. Steve was also a division president with Arch Wireless, Inc. where he established the National Accounts Division, and held various management and information technology roles with The Beeper Company, BellSouth Mobility, Bell Atlantic Paging and Medaphis Corporation.

Steve holds a B.S. in Information Technology and Accounting from Jacksonville State University.
