

Starting
in 1983, Steve acted as Vice President of Sales and Corporate
Development for the industry's largest legacy computer electronics
Business/Product line acquisition Management Company. Over the next
twelve
years, Steve was directly involved in more than fifteen corporate entity or
entire product line buyouts, spanning a diversity of computer electronic
products from some of the largest OEM's in the marketplace (IBM, Xerox,
Siemens, HP, Memorex, Western Digital, Kennedy Tape, Shugart, Control
Data).
Developing, implementing and executing unique strategies to help resolve
the
many common and unique issues facing OEM's managing their legacy
manufacturing and product lines, reverse logistics supply chain and excess
and obsolete inventory issues resulted in a core competency education. In
1994, Steve spun out the Segue Group division of the company and
formalized
Segue Corporation.
As President of Segue, Steve has dedicated the last 23 years of his career establishing the most comprehensive and effective methodologies available today for OEM's regarding their reverse logistics inventory management and remarketing services essential to maximizing efficiencies and profits, reducing costs, protecting corporate brand name and integrity and mitigating sales channel conflict and product saturation. Segue Corporation continues to provide extensive reverse logistics services and remarketing activities for several of the industries leading manufacturers including Microsoft, HP, Logitech, Quantum and several other well know and respected market leaders.
Steve holds a B.S. in Business Management from Montclair University in N.J. and a Doctorate in Street Smarts from 23 years in the Corporate Real World.
