Surya heads all service logistics for Nokia India Care, reporting back to the head office in Finland . Since joining Nokia in 2006 he has managed the building of a new materials centre which handles all the automated movement of all Nokia Care materials for India , from spare parts ordering, repair routing, retail returns validation, and material re-utilisation. Surya has over 15 years experience in logistics industry, and previous roles include Head of Logistics for Motorola India , Head of Corporate Logistics for LG India.
