Tai-Woo Chang works as an assistant professor at Kyonggi University in South Korea since 2007. He received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University in 2004. He worked for ETRI in the area of postal logistics and information systems. His Research interests are in area of systems engineering, SCM and logistics.
