Thomas Müller is Director, Care Supply Chain Management for Nokia. He is globally responsible for the Nokia reverse logistics operations, the repair factory network, materials management and for high volume materials recovery centers.

From 2003 to 2007, Thomas was Director, Global Hardware Services business for Nokia and for Nokia Siemens Networks, which is the Telecoms Infrastructure Division of Nokia. In his role he was responsible for the global spares and repair business. The responsibility included P&L, customer & employee satisfaction and operational performance. Hardware Services Service Line is part of Care within the NOKIA Siemens Networks Services Business Unit.

Thomas joined Nokia in 1993 as Logistics & Hardware Services Manager for the Central European region. 1997 he changed position and established Customer Services business in several Eastern European Countries. From 1998 to 2001 Thomas was business responsible for the Network Implementation business in Europe. 2002 he managed the overall service business of NOKIA Networks for T-Mobile, before he moved to the after sales services business in 2003.
