Thomas Welsh is a Client Sales Executive with EDS in their Warranty Services business. Prior to joining EDS in the spring of 2007, Mr. Welsh was an active consultant in Warranty, Reverse Logistics and Repair for two years at Pro Mobile, Inc. Early experience at Nortel Networks in Warranty Finance led to a job with Ericsson’s handset division in 1998 as manager of Repair Finance and expanded his role to conclude as Manager of Customer Service Systems and Controller for Customer Service, Americas by 2001. After the Sony / Ericsson Joint Venture in 2001, Mr. Welsh was the Manger of Reverse Logistics and Repair for the US and Canada.Past RLTS Participation:
