Mr. Ballew will be talking about how Alcatel transformed from internal operations of building products to their enhanced outsourced model. He will discuss how they built their system and how the model works. The address will include reverse logistics and the RMA facility.

Tim Ballew is currently the Director of Operations for the Alcatel Internetworking Division. This includes all Logistics, Export compliance, Repair Facility, and Production Control for the DOF and for the Calabasas location. He has been in the Electronics Industry for over 12 years with top companies such as Thompson Consumer Electronics and Compaq Computers. Tim spends most of his time in the operations side of the business from production management to planning.
