
Functions reporting to Timmy are service parts planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, rework and operations. Timmy has been with Dell for eight years. Upon joining Dell Timmy took on the challenge of transforming the EMEA Service logistics model, where he was instrumental in strategically developing, selecting and deploying this major programme through a large diverse cross functional EMEA team. Timmy and his team achieved significant improvements in Customer Experience, simultaneously driving cost reductions. Timmy has over 16 years experience working in service and distribution management roles with AST Computers, AT&T, NCR and Wang.
