Tom Johnson has worked in the electronics manufacturing arena developing and implementing reverse logistics systems and processes since 1995. At Cisco Systems, Tom is responsible for the integration of reverse logistics into Cisco’s core applications. The application architecture supporting the reverse logistics includes customized ERP packages, XML B2B messaging, vendor warehouse management systems, custom ASP tools, logistics partner transportation systems, and recycling vendor systems.
