Tony leads returns reduction and entitlement initiatives for mainstreamconsumer electronics, and is also currently concerned with further driving the implementation of electronic registration for Philips products at leading retailers. Working with Philips Sales, Service, Marketing, and the Philips Business Excellence Group, Tony is helping drive several teams to improve the consumer experience and subsequently reduce the high rates of products returned with no defect found. Working with national retailers, he developed a first time survey of consumers who returned consumer electronics to understand root causes of the no defect found products.
Tony is responsible for returns management results from start to finish including the disposition of products and returns disposal, and asset recovery. It's a wide-ranging role that interacts with sales, manufacturing, service, logistics, and credit – virtually every department in the Philips national and global organization.
Tony also sits on the Advisory Board of the Reverse Logistics Association.
