

The current role is in charge of Spare Parts logistics (forwarding and reverse) of entire Dell operation in Asia Pacific and Japan region. This will cover China, Japan, South East Asia, India and ANZ countries. There are approx. 150 hubs to manage Same Business Day and Next Business Day services.
Prior to current role, I worked as Japan Service Director for Field Delivery Service since I started Dell in 2006. This role was to manage Service Delivery to customers in Japan, in terms of Parts and Engineers delivery.
Before joining Dell, I worked for Sony Corporation over 20 years in the area of International Marketing and management and 3 years in Supply Chain management. During those days, I worked in 6 countries such as USA, Chile, UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Panama.
Education: Graduated Keio University as Bachelor of Administration Engineering
