Van Bullock has 18 years experience in process design and implementation for returns operations with AT&T, Lucent and VTech's consumer telephone products. He was involved with two major facility re-designs and implementation projects involving conveyor design and IT systems including SAP and Oracle. He has been involved with returns data tracking since the days of hand written forms for receipting to automated systems used today.
