Walter F. Manley, III was appointed Vice President of Bell Industries, Inc. Tech.logix Group in 1998. Walter has general management responsibility for the Richmond-based Atlantic Region of Bell, with offices from Portland, Maine to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and over 225 employees. Additionally, he oversees Bell’s national technology product business. Previously, he was the general manager for the regional operations in Maryland and Virginia after selling his business, First Step Computers, to Bell in 1995. Walter holds Bachelors Degree from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
