Wendy Bolles is the Resource Recovery Group Manager at Target Corporation, leading a team focused on driving Target’s reverse logistics strategy and managing individual programs. Currently, this involves managing unsaleable product (general merchandise, consumables, and pharmaceuticals), retired or excess capital assets, and donations. In addition, her team is focused on optimizing vendor policies and reducing the overall volume of at risk inventory.

Wendy joined Target Corporation in 2003 in Finance Business Intelligence, leading corporate financial and data management strategies prior to moving to Resource Recovery in 2006. Prior to this, she spent 5 years in retail consulting and 3 years working in a Target Store.
