Since May 2007, Wendy McDowell has been managing HP's IPG warranty hardware operations team for the Americas region. She is responsible for HP's consumer inkjet and LaserJet warranty and support operations including ensuring operational metrics, customer satisfaction metrics and cost goals are met. Prior to hardware operations, Wendy spent more than 12 years in hardware product marketing and marketing communications positions.
Wendy graduated with a BA from Northwestern University ( Evanston , Illinois , USA ) and graduated with an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin ( Austin , Texas , USA ).
