Will Fletcher is a senior project manager at MGH Consulting, a management consultancy specialising in after-sales service, operations and logistics in the high technology sector. Will has led a range of complex engagements in the reverse logistics sphere including the process development and deployment of a centralised service logistics hub on behalf of a market leading OEM in India. He has managed multiple retail returns improvement programmes for manufacturers across EMEA while also delivering bespoke after-sales service concepts to product development teams launching new CE products to the market. Recently Will has been successfully leading MGH Consulting’s expansion into the CE sector with a focus on delivering service cost reduction and returns optimisation initiatives.
